SP 3 - From start of the assessment I assured the candidate to stay calm, I recorded immediately all the evidence that shown to me during the role-play and the oral question. During the assessment the candidate got some gaps but it was promptly recovered as I rephrase my question to make him understand. As the candidate mark as "c" i just highlight the goods points of the assessment i should write more of the good point at the feedback and the need to improve on any minor gaps.
SP-4 - During the role-play the candidate fail to meet the PC3.4 of the performance criteria. as the candidates only to promote 1 product, I unable to recover for him of the gaps. During the oral questioning the candidate fail on the OQ4 (UK3) of the underpinning knowledge. he doesn't try to tell me how he going to introduce me to alternative product even after i rephrase my question few times. his is a 'NYC' case I should write at the feedback the gaps that the candidate need to improved on. I also need to inform that the candidate doesn't agree with the decision and he have the rights to appeal. I feel that i also need to highlight his good point.
